Bid Executive role in a global Accountancy and Advisory Group. Flexible locations across the UK. Salary up to £37,000
Locations: London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester. Bristol, Milton Keynes. With a mix of office and home based working.
We are recruiting a Bid Executive position for a global Accountancy, Audit and Advisory firm. The firm have a well-established bid team, working with a fantastic Head of Bids as well as another Bid Executive. This year the team are looking to put strong systems and processes in place for their bids and the new Executive will support with this. The role will also include:
- Managing the bid library
- Project managing the tender / pitch process
- Carrying out analyse and reporting of the bid pipeline
- Working with global bids team to ensure consistency
- Developing up to date bid documents such as credential, CVs and case studies
The role would suit a bid / pitch / proposal professional with around 2 years of experience. Candidates ideally will have experience of the bid process in professional services / FS or an LLP environment. This could perhaps suit a Business Development professional looking to specialise in bids, as there will be great training and support in place from the Head of Bids!
