Engagement and Communications Manager
Summary of the Role
We are working in partnership with a financial services consultancy firm to hire a communications and engagement manager for one of their key accounts. This role would be perfect for someone who likes autonomy and to be in an environment where comms is continually valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing an annual communications and engagement plan
- Delivering all elements of the communication and engagement plan
- Working closely with the leadership team with the delivery of their communications activity
- Driving participation and engagement with communications and engagement activities
- Ensuring the look and feel of communication channels are consistent
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an internal communications of employee engagement role.
- Ideally a corporate environment with a large audience (1000+)
- Experience working in a regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong copywriting skills
