Product Manager
Working for a large consumer services business, the Senior Product Manager - Incentive / Loyalty Platform role involves leading the build of a new incentive platform with a web and App component (there is an Apps team so App experience is not essential), as part of a goal of doubling customer numbers in five years. The new platform will support greater levels of engagement and the delivery of OKRs.


The Senior Product Manager - Incentive / Loyalty Platform will take over the initial build phase of the capability, sprints have already kicked off on the core functionality and much of the discovery work has been completed. The focus is taking over the build and launch of the new platform, leading a squad and making the right product decisions along the way.


This is a 4 month contract and is outside IR35.


The Senior Product Manager - Incentive / Loyalty Platform will:

-Take a lean, data-driven approach to prioritising and delivering propositional improvements and business value.
-Work very closely with software engineers, UX Design and research, and others, as part of a cross-functional product team.
-Collaborate with Marketing to drive innovation, connecting the dots to ensure that the brand lives up to its promise, and is expressed coherently through multiple touchpoints.
-Involve key stakeholders across the business to drive collaboration and ensure alignment of priorities and approach.
-Leverage data and UX research to improve understanding of customers, their behaviour and what exactly they value in our products.
-Define the outcomes they're trying to achieve alongside owning, measuring and sharing key product metrics, impacts and learnings.


The Senior Product Manager - Incentive / Loyalty Platform must have:

-Strong product management experience, leading the delivery of a complex rules-based platform. This could be, for example, a complex pricing system, adtech platform, route planning platform, loyalty platform, etc.
-A commercially minded approach and strong comfort using data to make decisions.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Hands-on experience with agile software development and lean approaches to optimising product-market fit.
-Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to articulate a business case
