Your new company
Based in London but working remotely, you'll be joining a Global EdTech business formed in 2019 who are on a mission to improve digital learning for mid-level professionals/executives across a range of subjects and qualification types. They have partnered with some of the most respected universities in the world to deliver a fully immersive learning experience, using AI technology, to take use through the Digital Age. There has been a lot of positive attention from around the globe for this firm, and they are continuing to grow their base across the coming years. They are therefore growing their Marketing team to deal with increased demand and brand awareness, and harnessing the power of CRM with a relevant strategy & execution is crucial.
Your new role
They are seeking an experienced senior CRM professional who will work in the Marketing Team to drive customer conversion and retention via email marketing and other content through new & innovative strategies. This role will require deep expertise in email campaigns including messaging, goal-setting, segmentation, and timing as well as campaign optimization and customer database analysis. If successful, the CRM Senior Manager will meaningfully contribute to the growth of this fast-growing start-up business by increasing conversion of new student leads and advocacy through ongoing referral and funnel optimization efforts. You will therefore activate new and ongoing campaigns, manage the email marketing calendar and define email content requirements, implement marketing automation across marketing technology platforms & lead development and execution of the roadmap for a clear testing and learn framework.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5-8 years CRM experience in a B2C/D2C business
- Experience within a high-growth start-up (desirable)
- Experience managing a CRM function
- Constructing and running A/B test strategies, demonstrating incremental impact of CRM
- Experience using at a technical CRM (such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Klaviyo)
- Experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms
