Your new role
You will be a Digital Communications Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies and marketing campaigns for the global organisation, targeted towards both external and internal stakeholders. You will be a creative and marketing visionary driven to connect our story to the external talent market, as well as the internal employees of our company. You will manage and analyse the effectiveness of media campaigns and digital presence, as well as utilising software tools and programmes to design attractive content that would engage the target audience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working for a large multinational and global organisation, with 3-5 years professional experience in the Corporate Affairs arena with a focus on internal and external communications in an agency or corporation. You will have a broad communications background that includes internal communications with a mix of content expertise in culture change, learning and development. You will have strong organisational and project management skills.
