Business Development Manager
New Business Development Manager role for a Professional Services firm based in Manchester.
This role is more on the sales side of BD. It is about lead and meeting generation for 2 specific practice groups within the NW office of a top accountancy firm. The focus will be on generating new business using all the tools at your disposal, including cold calling.
This is a role which requires someone to bring some significant gravitas and acumen to the position as you will need to able to engage with business leaders, gain insight and understanding of their company and future challenges, build a relationship to develop information and position your firm as the best organisation to respond to their business needs - particularly around the 2 practice areas that you are focusing on.
It would suit someone from a professional services sales or BD role, maybe someone who is looking to move or has moved on recently from a recruitment role or someone from a banking background perhaps?
