This high growth FMCG business holds an unrivalled selection of retail brands in the Superfood category. They are now looking for an innovative DTC Marketing Manager to join their fast-paced and ambitious company and be instrumental in driving a highly commercial go-to-market plan for 2 core brands and for owning the end to end development of NPD.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will lead the commercial marketing strategy across 2 main brands initially with an opportunity to support a wider portfolio down the line. Optimising the growth and channel performance across retail will be a primary focus, in addition to wholesale and online. This is a rare opportunity to truly make your mark and build brands (including eCommerce platforms) from the ground up.
This is highly attractive role for an ambitious marketing professional with a strong track record in performance marketing, brand strategy and retail channel management – ideally with a background in food & beverages, FMCG or related consumer markets.
The ideal candidate will be very hands-on, will have had experience of building brands from scratch and have a passion for nutrition, superfoods and creating genuine planet positive change in the world.
You will:
- Develop brand strategies
- Manage existing brand portfolio - range architecture, pricing
- Manage NPD pipeline with end to end responsibility through development, launch and growth of new brands.
- Manage messaging, toolkits and activation activities that drive awareness and preference for your brands (acquisition, conversion, LTV).
- Be responsible for defining and developing a content and social media strategy and campaigns.
- Work closely with sales teams and key retail partners on trade marketing activities.
- Develop a DTC platform
