Exciting opportunity for top CRM analyst to join leading Investment Firm in London

Considered to be one of the top 'fund of fund' firms in the world, you'll be joining an organisation that truly caters to client needs and ensures the all communications and sales are done with the utmost attention to detail and care.

Your new role

This role will be the focal point for all things CRM within the Global Business. You will be the project lead for MS Dynamics and ensure that all data is being used to the best of its ability. You will therefore work with a variety of stakeholders across the business (RFP, Marketing, Investor Relations, etc) to ensure clients are reached at the right time in the right way. You will also manage external vendors and ensure data processes are cleansed and compliant.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MS Dynamics Experience (essential)
  • Power BI (essential)
  • CRM Management/Admin experience
  • Great communicative ability
  • Stakeholder Management / External relationship management
  • Background in Private Equity / Fund Management (preferred)
