Head of Sales and Marketing
Head of Sales and Marketing opportunity for a specialist legal tech and IT service firm. This is a key role to drive the growth and development that this award winning provider desires.
The first specialist role of it's kind within the firm, this role will be responsible for driving new business through both inbound and outbound methodology. They will take ownership of the growth of the sales and marketing function. Initially this means a very hands on role from both a marketing collateral, targeting, and networking perspective as well as having challenging sales targets. However as the role develops then the opportunity, to build the team that is required to make this a smooth running and value add function, is there. The role will be based out of West Yorkshire but realistically only 1 day per week is expected to be based in the office with the rest either working from home or out on the road meeting with clients.
The ideal applicant will have a background in both IT service and development. They will be a proven sales person through all channels targeting the professional services sector and even more ideally the legal sector. You must be prepared to work in a hands on fashion but also bring the strategic nowse to build a function and understand where you are trying to take the business.,
