A Partnership Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager required for a vibrant consumer start-up as they transform a complex and confusing marketplace.
The Partnership Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will work with our partners to develop marketing strategies that deliver a cross channel experience.
In this role, the Partnership Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
*Working with B2B channel partners to optimise the marketing messages and user journeys to deliver high ROI
*Defining and executing the growth marketing strategy with end-to-end management working closely with in house teams and agencies
*Optimising the best working channels to grow the user base across paid media and CRM to affiliate, content and beyond
*Delivering a data driven performance, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve overall metrics
The Partnership Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will have a strong understanding of all core digital marketing channels and a desire to work within a dynamic and driven workplace.
Candidates for the Partnership Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager must have:
*At least 4 years + digital marketing experience, ideally from a consumer scale-up business and worked with 3rd party partners
*A data driven mindset, highly proficient with analytics (GA, Mixpanel) and A/B testing tools (Optimizely).
*A sharp product sense to determine what will work for users; what will effectively move the metric; and what will be too complex to build and test
*The ability to work autonomously and be comfortable getting into the detail.
*Experience in campaign execution from end to end
