I am looking to recruit a Senior Content Manager with proven experience of managing social/digital channels.

My client is a services provider based in the West Midlands with a multi-national presence and a strong reputation in their industry.
Your new role
Reporting into a Head of Brand, you will act as an intrinsic part of the large wider marketing function. You will be responsible for leading the planning, creation and implementation of an integrated social and content strategy which will foster a fantastic interaction between customer and brand, as well as increasing long lasting brand awareness and online engagement.
As well as this, you will take the lead on multi-channel social strategy across networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest with the aim of driving growth, engagement and also continuously reviewing social content and performance to ensure these campaigns are working as hard as possible.
Tracking campaign performance will be managed by the campaign insight and reporting tools that you introduce and implement and additionally, you will manage agency partnerships, own the social and content budget, monthly forecast and spend for all activity.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have extensive and proven experience of managing social and digital channels
- You will possess the ability to optimise brand reach, presence, traffic and sales volumes
- You will be a skilled content specialist
- You will have experience of social analytics tools
- An understanding of budget management, forecasting and planning
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience of managing relationships with agencies
- Be aware of social and organic media developments
