Ecommerce Executive - Amazon & Ebay

A leading European B2B organisation based in South Oxfordshire
Due to a massive uptake in the UK ecommerce business, my client is actively looking for an Ecommerce Executive to maintain and develop all current digital marketplace products & sales as well as developing marketplace adverts and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Work with the European E-Commerce team to further the UK digital strategy
- Act as the main contact for the UK for the customer segment, ecommerce marketplaces and Pure players
- Daily customer care, together with the existing salesforce and the e-Commerce-team
- Sales inputting service support and internal and external process optimisations
- Processing marketplace customer requests and orders via marketplace sales channels
- Data maintenance, reporting and support, together with marketing / sales department
- Competent assistance and development of Marketplace advertising functions such as AMS
- Planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns and advertising, in co-operation with e-Commerce department and Marketing
- To help maintain the corporate brand guidelines and data usage to help ensure the standard of all uses and applications of the official company logo and company information
Personal Profile
- Experience in digital marketplace sales- Amazon or Ebay (essential)
- Solid content / copywriting capability
- Previous experience working across digital media or optimisation
- Experience managing an online / ecommerce product base
- Planning and project planning skills
- Computer literacy with fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook and artwork programs - (Artwork programs preferred not necessity)
- Experienced with forecasting and stock systems is ideal
