We’re looking for a someone with strong Channel Sales experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Commercial Director and will be required to design, implement, manage and control the Super & Hypermarket and Department Stores Channel Sales strategy in order to achieve the channel goals, not just related to volume, but also in terms of profitability, adhering to the budget assigned, and a market share. The right person for this role will work closely with our local marketing/brand teams, trade marketing and finance teams, and will have 2 direct reports (Key Account Manager and a In Store Execution Specialist), so a good communicator and people management is a must. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have Channel Sales experience gained within a consumer goods or commercial business.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

• Education/qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Economics or related subject
• Significant experience in Super & Hypermarket and Department Stores Channel, ideally gained in an FMCG/Retail industry
• Experience of building relationships with Chilean retailers such as Walmart, Cencosud, Unimarc, Tottus, Falabella, Paris, Ripley etc
• Understanding of exhibition and merchandising strategies
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Power Point and Excel
• Strong financial and negotiation skills
• Experience of managing people
• Fluent in English and Spanish
