• Salary up to £35,000 DOE
• Hybrid – 4 days onsite in Birkenhead office

We are one of the fastest growing Lead Generation companies in the UK and due to a successful start to 2024 we are now looking to onboard a new member of the client services team. We work across broad range of different client industries meaning that no day will be the same!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Joining as our Account Manager you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Day to day this will include communicating campaign performance, ideating strategies and overseeing execution across the whole agency. We are looking for an individual that loves fostering long term relationships and that can offer support and guidance through tricky and busy times! You will provide proactive insights to suggest how campaigns can be better optimised and then feedback on this to clients to make suggestions for improvement. Working cross-functionally with other teams you will ensure all projects are delivered on time and to an acceptable standard. Finally, you will be available for continuous contact with clients through face to face meetings, video calls and phones calls. • 18 months + client services experience
• Strong people skills and a desire to foster relationships
• The desire to become a key member of our Agency
