Boutique creative agency seeks Account Director with experience in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sector to work on a global skincare superbrand.

Film / TV / production experience are essential along with sound digital and social and a passion for beauty.

The agency

A 35-strong independent communications agency renowned for its creativity, culture and fabulous staff care.

The clients

This much-loved beauty superbrand needs no introduction. After delivering an incredibly successful TV campaign for this giant of a client, the agency is now its UK creative lead.

You will also work on a sought-after athleisurewear brand, chiefly in digital and social / content.

The Account Director role

The agency is looking for an enthusiastic Account Director to join its agile, close-knit team.

Solid integrated experience including film / TV and production expertise is essential for this extremely creative role. The ideal candidate will also have good digital and social media knowledge and a track record in producing various types of content.

You will report into a Business Director and have the support of an Account Manager.

You

• Have a solid understanding of and demonstrable interest in the beauty, fashion, personal care or lifestyle sector
• Are a natural leader who is adept at growing your accounts organically and developing new business
• Are hands-on and enjoy plenty of autonomy
• Have a good view of the big picture and the full respect of your key clients and team
• Are diligent, extremely well organised with sharp attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Salary and benefits
