A Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Technical Product Owner is needed by a high growth FinTech & InsurTech scale-up.
After just receiving funding, they are now looking to scale their product team and bring on-board a Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Technical Product Owner, reporting directly to the CTO.
The company have established a good product market fit, but it is now time to really drill into their SaaS platform and bring the product to a new level of maturity. There are a lot of improvements to be made as they prepare to launch internationally. You will also work on other parts of the overall product portfolio, contributing to business/product strategy, and help grow and cement the company's Product Management practice and processes.
The Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Technical Product Owner will;
*Lead the Product and SaaS platform roadmap & strategy working with the founders
*Lead testing and new of new products and features
*Lead research and engagement with customers to obtain a good understanding of customer problems to drive new products and features
*Define, monitor product user stories and maintain product backlog and prioritise roadmap accordingly
*Create and track success of the product delivery, devising key KPI's/OKR's
*Work closely with the founders, developers, UX, engineers, CTO & other key stakeholders
The Technical Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / Technical Product Owner must have;
*A Technical, B2B product management background
*Experience building SaaS / software based products
*Experience working on API's and backend integrations
*An ex-developer/engineering background turned product is helpful but not essential
*Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
*Start-up or scale-up experience is a definite plus, used to working in a fast paced environment
*Great communication skills
