Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful email marketing campaigns? Are you eager to apply your customer-centric approach to a digital marketing role? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Data Executive to join our team.

Combining your analytical mindset with your strong communication skills, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as the sales and marketing teams to understand their unique needs and create email marketing campaigns that deliver against objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Segmenting email lists based on audience demographics and behaviours to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
  • Designing, creating, and implementing email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to optimise email performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintaining and updating data quality.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to coordinate email campaigns.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on the performance of email campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and metrics
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (including V Lookup function, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communications skills and a customer centric approach to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and understand their objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously.
