Leading Global Publishing firm focusing on providing educational & retail material to a wide range of audiences. With Headquarters in London & California, they have grown into an industry leader over the past 40 years. The extensive marketing team is split into several teams that ensure they have a digital-first strategy to connect with their individual & business customers.
Your new role
You will become the advocate for all things data & insight within the Customer Strategy team. This means you will be supporting the customer-centric marketing campaigns by ensuring the correct insights are drawn from data and used appropriately. You will also support the marketing department to encourage a data-first culture and champion the use of relevant MarTech tools & strategies. Finally, you will assist with project-managing ongoing automation projects and digital transformation efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within a marketing team in a B2C & B2B environment.
- Expertise developing and measuring marketing campaigns using Google Analytics & Google Data Studio (desirable)
- Progressive attitude to learn about new MarTech systems and use technology to solve marketing issues.
- Great stakeholder management
- Prior experience within a publishing business (desirable)
