Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Manager needed by a successful global IT Service Management company.
The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Manager will take over some existing products, services and capability's and forge them into an integrated product suite that allows IT support teams (1st and 2nd line in particular) to diagnose, prioritise, track and resolve issues in the most effective manner.
The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Manager will:
*Lead the ideation and the launch of product features to build the next generation of the products
*Re skin existing products to build out a comprehensive, seamless product suite
*Engage with customers to understand how the product is helping large organizations to improve digital employee experience
*Document new features, train key partners, sales engineers and consultants about new releases, support product marketing during the launch of products.
*Lead on competitor analysis ensuring innovation and continuous improvement
The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Manager
must have:
*Extensive experience within ITSM/IT support in a digital software Product management role
*Experience working on digital enterprise products used by millions of end-users
*Full product life cycle experience
*Strong communication skills
*Experience working closely with engineering teams
*Experience with Service Desk, Service Management or related products used by IT or Development Teams or similar
