We are seeking a business champion who is passionate about building strong brands through driving marketing activities, launching innovation and setting the direction of future growth. Your strong financial acumen and abilities to work cross functionally will be key to ensuring that profit, share and sales objectives are met for your portfolio.

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Latam Marketing Manager. Primary responsibilities will include: To ensure brand growth, brand indicators and support consumer base expansion through the execution of marketing plans, assure consistency of branding and communication messages across various touch points to strengthen brand Equity, develop plans to bring to live regional brand platforms linked to the local realities (giving the high level of knowledge of the local market place), provide support to the commercial team developing local brand initiatives aligned to global / regional brand strategies with the purpose of help in the achievement of commercial /business objectives: sales, market share goals and brand profitability while ensuring the adequate resource allocation. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you have worked for multi mass Personal Care Segments (Skin Care; Shampoo; Deodorants; Feminine Care; Sun Care, R&B) business.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in business development and marketing brand plans development / execution digital agency or / and gained experience within a consumer goods business.
• Knowledge of Media and consumer basic indicators
• Retail Nielsen / Scan Track management
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexible and able to work autonomously
