They're passionate about driving retention and referral and so you will take the lead on being the architect of high performing communications through their CRM platform to drive conversion and loyalty. They aim to create a seamless customer journey through all marketing channels, and you'll play a key part in helping them deliver on their objectives.
As Email and Automation Executive you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to develop a CRM programme to drive conversion, retention and referral. You'll also develop test and learn strategies and create actionable segments and personas to inform and shape their acquisition and retention strategies. You will be behind designing, building and implementing all email marketing campaigns at national and regional level and will execute strategies to optimise emails across devices for deliverability, open rates, click through and conversion.
You will create triggered communication programmes to enhance customer experience, nurture relationships and improve retention, ensuring email marketing and data management best practice. You'll work with other teams and external agencies to develop high performing landing pages develop online advertising strategies and manage spend across search, display and social channels.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in digital marketing in a similar role, specifically in ecommerce, retail or other commercially focused environments (B2B or B2C). Demonstrable Hubspot experience and proficiency in design and build of email marketing campaigns is vital combined with an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices and performance metrics.
You will be supported by an incredible marketing team which is renowned for innovation and creativity, but you will have ultimate responsibility for the planning and execution of CRM related activities. As time moves on, you will have ample room to grow and develop this discipline which gives it a vast amount of potential and longevity.
