Head of Demand Generation/ Senior Marketing Manager/ B2B Growth Marketing Manager needed by a rapidly growing software startup company who are creating a safer digital world for all.

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Demand Generation/ Senior Marketing Manager/ B2B Growth Marketing Manager will build the demand generation function from the ground up as the company enters their next phase of growth and beyond. This is a remote first business, with a HQ in London.

The Head of Demand Generation/ Senior Marketing Manager/ B2B Growth Marketing Manager will:
*Build out and lead the entire demand generation function.
*Developing a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer's journey.
*Select and implement the software tools required to make CRM and ABM possible, as well as other areas within the technology stack.
*Manage the measurement and analysis of the digital elements of within campaigns, as well as the implementation and optimisation of SEM, SEO, social analytics, email campaigns, and webinars.
*Oversee the development of large-scale direct marketing campaigns.


The Demand Generation director / Senior Marketing Manager / Growth B2B Marketing Manager must have:

*Proven experience growing a B2B enterprise Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Proven experience within a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up environment.
*Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Experience with Hubspot Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
*The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information and owning the results of these decisions.
