Commercial Leader (Print / Ecommerce)
Elevation Recruitment are looking for a Commercial Leader with experience of working withing B2B Digital industry.
Working closely with the Group MD you will hold P&L responsibility for this division and be the lead figure of large team of 25+ people (including team managers) to deliver growth. This will include:
*P&L responsibility for sales channel
*Management of teams including; Account Management, Client Services, Marketing, Studio, Design, Customer Experience
*Define the vision and strategy for the departments and ensure continuous development of the brands, proposition, service offering and growth targets
*Report to the board on all relevant figures
What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?
*Degree level business and management qualifications
*Experience of leading sales and marketing operations
*Exposure to Agency / B2B Manufacturing Ecommerce sector
*Experience of working at a senior level in a rapidly growing business
*Applied experience of leading a fast-moving team and driving high standards of performance.
*Track record of successfully managing senior teams, including colleagues working in customer experience, e-commerce and sales and marketing
*Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level
