Account Director (Branding / Packaging) – South-West London – To £60k
Dynamic, challenging and energetic South-West London brand design and marketing consultancy seeks strategically strong Account Director to work on some of the best FMCG brands in the world.
Digital skills plus at least a working knowledge of packaging, print and production processes are mandatory for this position.
One of the brands you will work on has a huge focus on biodiversity and the agency is currently undertaking a lot of strategic work in this space so any experience of projects with an environmental slant could prove an advantage.
The agency is ideally looking to fill this role by the end of February to allow for a good handover with the incumbent, although March would work too.

The Account Director role
The agency runs a flat management structure with Account Directors playing a vital role in helping to grow the business in line with its core values, putting integrity ahead of commercial ambition and working with brands that they trust, respect and admire.
Each Account Director has their own set of key accounts which they run with one or two account managers. This is a hands-on job and not just some internal management role. Your time will be spent working with clients on fast-paced, live projects with the agency’s strategists, creatives and producers.
- Safeguarding strong and happy commercial relationships with clients by constantly delivering success stories
- Winning, developing and managing business with new and existing clients
- Planning, budgeting, resourcing and delivering detailed project proposals
- Directing those projects within budget, with the help one or two account managers
- Line managing your team

You are a hands-on Account Director with at least seven years’ marketing experience and at least some working knowledge of packaging, print and production processes.
As the senior point of contact for business owners through to marketing directors, you are terrific with people and super-effective at developing plans, taking and influencing briefs, and suggesting strategic solutions. Inspiring confidence while juggling priorities and pushing projects along will be second nature.
