Head of Strategy & Planning - Agency

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the North’s biggest agency brands with clients spread across the UK and internationally. The role of Head of Strategy & Planning is to work closely with a range of blue chip clients to deliver detailed account strategy. You’ll work closely with the client management teams to ensure continual customer excellence. My client can consider part time hours for this position.
 
Job Description:
 
The successful applicant will lead the strategy & planning department delivering the strategy service line across the agency.
 

• Design, plan & execute strategic workshops with clients
• Assist wider agency heads with business development, tender & pitch process
• Develop Customer journey planning
• Support Client delivery teams with ongoing with ongoing development of clients
• Work with Creative teams adding value to client brand proposition and comms

 
What We're Looking For:
 
To apply you should have a proven track record of success in a similar strategy position for a marketing or creative agency.
 

• Ability to manage external client relationships
• Experienced at running strategy & planning sessions with clients
• Excellent communications skills, presenting and one 2 one
• Stakeholder management experience
• Some knowledge of content management for social
