Our client is a very successful and growing financial recruiter. They have had a strong 2020 and they're looking forward to an even better 2021. They are looking to hire a Marketing Executive in their Soho office. The culture here is driven and fast paced. There is a great team culture and no closed doors. Even the MD sits on the open place office with everyone else.
They need to hire a Marketing Executive to come in and support the Marketing Manager to deliver the plan and help them achieve expansion in the US and European markets. The role is offered on a temp to perm basis and you can start as soon as we get the two stage interview process complete.
They need someone who is creative, confident and enthusiastic, with a real eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Source relevant content to create articles for our external newsletters
- Take ownership of the internal communications
- Creating content
- Run social media channels
- Management of job posts across all paid and unpaid channels
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Track marketing performance and return on investment
- Continue to build upon customer satisfaction
- Assist in the organisation of our corporate events
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Assist the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities,
- Assist management with business development
Essential skills/experience
- Creativity and flair
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player who is able to work independently and under pressure, often to tight deadlines
- Experience in marketing communications in both consumer and B2B
- Ability to drive through marketing projects and campaigns, delivering results
