About Revere

Revere is a technology marketing agency in Marlow, focused on providing its clients – and employees – with a better experience. Together, we accelerate the success of B2B technology. To help support our evolving business needs, we are now looking for a Senior Campaign Planner to become a key member of our strategy team.

Your role

In this exciting new position, your key purpose will be to define go-to-market campaign plans for Revere and its clients. You’re passionate about your specialism – identifying engaging content ideas that really speak to B2B customers and recommending fresh, exciting ways to reach them.

A typical day

Working in a thriving, vibrant marketing agency means every day will be different. However, as part of your remit, you will:

  • Recommend targeted communications and activation paths for client campaigns
  • Be well versed on the latest content formats, activation trends, digital approaches, and marketing innovations
  • Inspire clients and engage audiences through tailored tactics across channels
  • Be Revere’s resident expert for B2B marketing insights and what works best for C-level, IT and business decision-makers
  • Collaborate and consult across Revere functions on go-to-market plans

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant, fresh and inspiring campaign plans that align to buyer journeys and meet clients’ objectives
  • Propose targeted communications and the best ways to activate them
  • Maintain an up-to-the minute understanding of the B2B / technology marketing landscape, customer behaviours, and communication approaches
  • Have an evolving reference library of proven and fresh creative formats, tactics and routes to market
  • Collaborate with our creative, digital and client services teams to connect strategic planning and tactical development
  • Show depth of understanding and market / audience relevance – validate any go-to-market approaches with real-world evidence and proven examples in proposals and during client presentations

Skills and qualities required:

  • Senior campaign planning experience in a similar role (ideally for a B2B marketing agency)
  • Real passion for marketing trends, content marketing and channel activation
  • Strong working knowledge of how to apply different content types across channels
  • Ability to do desk-based research and apply audience, market and marketing insight
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with clients and agency staff at all levels
  • Problem-solver and lateral thinker
  • Commercial awareness and customer-first advocate
  • Ability to accurately forecast performance metrics across audiences, channels and tactics
  • Strong rational intelligence with the confidence to do highly unstructured work
  • Ideally, the ability to support the full strategic planning function – research and insight through to narrative and campaign planning
