A CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Lifecyle Marketing Manager is required for a consumer scale-up that has just closed off a significant funding round. With a brilliant mission and rapidly growing customer base, this is a superb opportunity to drive engagement through an omni-channel approach.

As CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Lifecyle Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing a small team to deliver data-driven customer onboarding, engagement and retention programmes to ensure users receive maximum value.

As CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Lifecyle Marketing Manager you will:

*Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviours using data analysis
*Define the optimum segmentation model for customer activation and ongoing engagement comms
*Create a segmented program of omnichannel, customer engagement lifecycle campaigns & nudges (push, email, SMS etc) based on data insights
*Implement a rapid-pace test-and-learn program and adjust approach accordingly
*Define and manage data integration from our core systems to the CRM platform
*Define OKRs and success metrics, track progress and measure impact

The CRM Manager / Customer Engagement Manager / Lifecyle Marketing Manager must have:

4+ years' experience in a CRM onboarding / engagement capacity from a digital B2C environment
*Track record in developing and delivering multi-channel short-form engagement campaigns - ability to create succinct short-form messaging/copy yourself.
*Highly data-driven, strong data skills, using metrics to analyse and segment our customers based on their behaviours and needs
*Hugely customer-focused with a passion for great customer journeys and for quality of execution
*Strong team player, ability to work in cross-functional teams with marketing, design, engineering, operations and partners
*Ideally SQL skills and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
