PR Executive

This leading highly reputable law firm is looking for a PR Executive to join them on a permanent basis. As a member of the Communications Team, the Public Relations Executive will be the key PR contact for various practice groups. You will be responsible for building recognition and profile raising for key practice groups.

The position will involve managing a variety of internal business relationships at a senior level. The PR Executive works closely with contacts within practice and sector groups, as well as marketing and communications colleagues to provide strategic PR input, thought leadership campaigns and agree key messages as well as proactively identifying and pursuing external communication opportunities.

This is a very responsible role which maintains the press office infrastructure, including the development and implementation of media relations initiatives and drafting newsworthy content.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a PR role ideally from a professional services environment or from an agency background. It is essential the candidate is very proactive, has a thorough understanding of the UK media and the ability to write well-structured content
