Senior Marketing Manager
Your challenge will be to take this global FMCG Manufacturing business to number one in the UK for two product ranges within a strongly growing market. You will be joining a business which turns over 600m euros on a worldwide basis who operate in 40 countries across the world.
With a great product set which is at the right price point the business enjoys a high level of brand recognition internationally but as a relative newcomer to the UK, it is yet to establish itself fully in the British market.
As Senior Marketing Manager for the UK, your role will be to develop, plan and execute the Uk’s Marketing strategy in line with the global marketing strategy, with the goal of elevating brand positioning in the UK Market to A-Brand Status.
At present the considerable marketing spend is BTL through catalogues, POS, AMS, PRS and promotional partnerships with retail partners. A key challenge in the role will be re-configure this spend to 50% BTL and 50% ABTL- PR, TV/Radio advertising, product placement and digital.
It is likely that to be successful in this role you will possess a good balance of process orientation combined with creative flair. You will be an experienced planner with multi-channel marketing experience across all the BTL line channels and preferably ABTL experience which extends to TV and Radio advertising. Ideally within a FMCG or retail environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a business which has enjoyed great success so far within the UK but with a senior management structure which reflects its fledging nature and is yet to evolve into a structure which would support a much larger operation.
