£30,000 – £36,000 (FTE) DOE + Benefits Package

We are a multi-award-winning, full service digital, marketing and PR agency based in Milton Keynes. Our clients span sectors as diverse as luxury health spas, engineering, shopping centres, local business' and professional bodies. The majority of our clients are situated in the Milton Keynes area, along the M1 corridor or in London. However, as a national agency you may be required to travel anywhere nationally so it is important you have your own transport.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (AM) to join our long established full service agency in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate would preferably have an understanding of all things digital marketing (websites, SEO, PPC, Social Media etc.) as well as PR and more traditional offline marketing techniques.
Reporting to the Account Director in the Client Services Team, in summary the ideal candidate will develop long term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, successfully communicating with key stakeholders at all levels, in order to realise maximum earnings. The AM will also liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams, freelancers and suppliers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of outputs according to client needs, including both digital and offline marketing solutions.
In addition, the candidate will be required to work as part of the new business function producing proposals and contributing to pitches as required.

+ Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
+ At least 3-5 years’ account management experience in a marketing agency

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
+ Sound numerical skills
+ Impeccable attention to detail
+ Analytical skills
Hours: this is a full time, office based role*, although there will be some offsite meetings, working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Our core office opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 but we offer flexible working around these hours.
* We have been working remotely since March 2020, using collaboration tools such as Microsoft teams, Sharepoint and online project management tracking software, and have done so very successfully and efficiently. The candidate will be provided with a laptop and access to all required online tools and drives.
