I'm hiring a Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead for a high growth marketplace business.
The company is building a best in class Product function, is profitable and has the leadership to make this a reality. As Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead you will work closely with the marketing teams to deliver growth internationally - using experience of experimentation, CRO and developing new acquisition channels.
In this new role, the Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead your customer acquisition and activation experience will be put to the test but what you deliver will be in full view of everyone - so loads of recognition and reward available. They move fast with little red tape!
The Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead will be responsible for:
. Lead product and growth-related projects from idea to launch
. Analyse data/metrics to identify and measure growth opportunities
. Plan and implement rapid experiments and conversion optimisation tests
. Support, maintain and improve the marketing acquisition products and platform
. Define, maintain, and own the growth product roadmap and backlog
The Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead will have:
. Demonstrable experience as a growth focussed product manager in in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, etc.
. Experience building products that drove user acquisition and conversion
. Experience driving core customer and business metrics (revenue, acquisition, LTV etc)
. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels and influence at a high level and able to make a real impact
