Senior Product Manager - IT Service Management

Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Software Product Manager needed by a successful global ISV.

The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Software Product Manager will take over some existing products, services and capability's and forge them into an integrated product suite that allows IT support teams (2nd & 3rd in particular) to diagnose, prioritise, track and resolve issues in the most effective manner.

The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Software Product Manager will:

*Lead the ideation and the launch of product features to build the next generation of the products
*Re skin existing products to build out a comprehensive, seamless product suite
*Engage with customers to understand how the product is helping large organizations to improve digital employee experience
*Document new features, train key partners, sales engineers and consultants about new releases, support product marketing during the launch of products.
*Lead on competitor analysis ensuring innovation and continuous improvement

The Senior Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager / Software Product Manager
must have:

*Extensive experience within a B2B SaaS or digital software Product management role
*Full product life cycle experience
*Strong communication skills
*Experience working closely with engineering teams
*Experience with Service Desk, Service Management or related products used by IT or Development Teams
