We're hiring a Product Manager of Onboarding and KYC to join a SaaS Financial Management business who have just achieved Series C funding and set to double in size, both in terms of product capability and customer base to the size of their business and number of employees.
This is a hugely exciting point to join the business as they look for a Product Manager to evolve the customer Onboarding experience, develop a seamless KYC journey and play a key role in the build out of the Product Management team.
The role will require a level of exposure to KYC processes and proven experience within a Product Manager role.
The role of Product Manager will take ownership of:
*Own the customer Onboarding journey, improving the user flow at every point, through to customer integration and testing
*Help develop the strategic product vision for the company bringing expert customer understanding and insights in all things onboarding
*Shape the Onboarding roadmap
*Work with Engineering and Design to enable the launch of new features which add value to the customer
*Own the product performance data developing measurement and reporting metrics
We're looking for the following experience within the role of Product Manager Onboarding and KYC:
*Experience as a Product Manager, working in a cross-functional team with Engineers, Product Designers, and broader functions
*Proven experience of developing and continually optimising the user experience
*Exposure to the KYC journey
*You will come from a SaaS environment and have created engaging and thoughtful customer experiences across the entire product lifecycle
*Customer research and feedback has played a key role in how you make your decisions and develop product
