Senior Propositions Manager

Elevation are pleased to be partnering with this leading business in South Yorkshire to recruit their new Propositions Manager. Interviews will not be delayed due to Covid, as this is a key role for their business and can operate virtually. After lock down this role will be based in Sheffield but can offer some flexibility / home working when required.

Supporting the Head of Propositions and operating in this regulated sector B2B and B2C, you will be responsible for:

* The development and management of a proposition development plan to underpin your channel's profitable growth.
* Segment and commercially quantify your product area size across target customer groups based on their current, evolving and future needs
* Evaluate current and potential differentiators and profitability drivers for each target customer within a channel.
* Translate needs into commercial business cases for proposition development that accommodate current capabilities.
* Identify the internal and external trading challenges and risks from pursuing growth with a target customer group and recommend how to mitigate.
* Accountable for gaining approval new proposition development and enhancements
* Recommend and manage actions to improve customer satisfaction and product performance in your channel.
* Track and report on the customer experience / satisfaction

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

* Recent relevant experience in Propositions, Product / Channel Marketing
* Experience of working in a regulated environment would be beneficial
* Experience of creating and launching customer focused propositions, including the creation and sign off of commercial business cases.
* Proven project management skills.
