Head of Marketing Communications for UK law firm

We’re working with a tier-one South West law firm, renowned for its UK and international work, in search of a Head of Marketing to lead a transformation agenda. This is a brand new role to the firm that will be challenging and varied, with plenty of autonomy to drive real change and put your own stamp on things.
Reporting directly into the CMO and being part of a newly-formed leadership team, you will be responsible for:
Leading a team across PR, marcomms and digital to create an integrated plan that aligns with the firm’s wider commercial objectives
Developing the brand look and feel, tone of voice, messaging structure and positioning so that it differentiates the firm and resonates with core audiences
Rolling out the latest martech and automation software, and ensuring that a digital-first approach is championed
The role is based in the South West, although the firm has embraced flexible and agile working, and will continue to do so. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a professional services marketing leader who believes that the right culture is at the heart of a successful firm.
