Established for over 30 years, this highly respected business provides creative promotional merchandise for many of the world's top businesses in Tech, Entertainment, Luxury and Retail, among others. With a strong presence in the UK and the U.S, the business is continuing to grow well (despite the pandemic) and they've recently won some exciting new accounts promoting a further expansion into Europe - specifically the Netherlands. The business has a strong reputation for being a top place to work and this new European venture will be very well backed with multiple Netherlands based global clients already on board.
Reporting to the head of new business in the Netherlands you will be responsible for growing accounts, securing new business and promotion the company's ecommerce platform to clients. To be considered for this role you will need some sales expereince in the promotional merchandise industry and the drive to work autonomously without the need to micromanagement. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through research networking and direct approach.
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing accounts - growing them where possible.
- Helping to negotiate the best prices with suppliers.
- Consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets
