Established for over 30 years, this highly respected business provides creative promotional merchandise for many of the world's top businesses in Tech, Entertainment, Luxury and Retail, among others. With a strong presence in the UK, U.S and Europe, the business is continuing to grow well (despite the pandemic) and they've recently won some exciting new accounts. With an exceptional offices space in central London (home working is also on offer), the business has a strong reputation for being a top place to work and staff turnover here is very low. The team are social and welcoming, and they benefit greatly from strong progression prospects and down-to-earth ownership and senior management.

This is an important role for the business and one that will see the successful candidate working closely with all teams to ensure operational efficiency. You'll work with sales managers, handle multiple orders of varying size and liaise with buyers and suppliers to help the team meet clients needs. The role offers excellent scope for progression into several different areas and will see you working closely with senior management. To be considered you will need:

• Previous expereince working within the promotional merchandise industry (ideally in an ops or sales support role)
• To be comfortable handling multiple orders and managing your time efficiently.
• To be a confident communicator able to forge strong relationships will colleagues and suppliers.
