Sales Manager - UK & Ireland
Elevation are working with an innovative chemical manufacturing organisation, that produce a range of chemical solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
This is a field based role covering the UK & Ireland and as such is home based with extensive travel. You will be responsible for:
*Identify new business opportunities across the Health Care spectrum from small start ups to multinational pharmaceutical companies
*Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve budget/sales targets in line with the business, marketing and pricing policies.
*Build a strong sales pipeline in the designated market
*Grow business at global key account(s) by developing appropriate contacts within the organisation (purchasing, technical, marketing, quality, regulatory).
*Negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements for product sales to achieve budget/sales targets and in line with business, marketing and pricing policies.
*Manage the designated territory, deciding on priorities and appropriate routes to market. Support identification of new trends and markets which will impact future performance and requirements for the business
What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?
*Recent relevant experience in a Sales / Account Role
*Must have experience in chemical sales selling into the pharmaceutical / health organisations
*Hunter mentality - a real passion to grow a business
*Full clean driving license
