The opportunity to join an organisation as their Head of Growth to bring energy, innovation and elite products in the food and beverage sector to those who need it most. Bringing the product to customers with the best channels digital marketing and eCommerce have to offer - as defined by you.
This business inspires people to consume healthier, tastier options and offer a convenient, direct to your door solutions with a niche product, a unique USP and a founder that has the gravitas, experience, passion and vision to grow. As a start-up, they are led by a founder with impressive experience and backed by investors who believe passionately in the product and the business. They have seen success taking their product to market and are now looking to scale up with a Head of Growth on their team.
Their product is in place, their website is polished and effective they are selling direct to consumers online and have secured a B2B contract with a vision to grow the team and expand into product extensions that will add to their customer's experience.
In this role you will lead the creation of the 5 year business plan and compile polished pitches and proposals to win further contracts. Experience in identifying opportunities and building strong teams that have achieved great things due to your leadership and inspiration will be something you can proudly bring and utilise in this role with examples of working with remote teams and recruiting great talent to see success. Building brands online, launching products and utilising digital marketing and eCommerce strategies to attract, engage and retain customers with clear successes in growth will be key to this role.
The right person for this role would be someone commercially minded and driven by a thirst to grow a business. Someone who stays up to date with the changes in digital marketing and innovation; someone who knows how to beat the competition, acquiring and retaining customers through customer-first approaches and invigorating growth strategies and is looking to be an integral part of a growing start-up.
