Set on the outskirts of Manchester, this fully integrated agency has been around for many years, and works with a number of great brands, which is a testament to their cultured and innovative approach to delivering results. They aren't huge so you won't get lost in the noise, there's still ample room to grow and develop.

The role

In this role, you will work closely with the CSD on their key clients which have links to the interiors, built environment & property based sectors and, you will take responsibility for handling their TTL requirements, online and offline. The clients are a mix of business to business and consumer, and cover different sectors as do their requirements - typical projects include all forms of advertising, press, outdoor, direct mail and websites etc. A fair proportion of this role will be focused on more traditional methods of marketing such as print alongside digital media. You'll work very closely with the CSD to formulate campaign strategies, and then oversee the status of each campaign as well as being involved in presentations with existing clients and pitches for new ones.

You will also be working closely with creative and digital teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs into the creative domain and they are as clear and inspirational as possible. Needless to say, you will be managing costs and timescales across an array of very interesting projects, which will require finely honed client handling. You will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor a small team of Execs which will add value to your skillset and personal development.

What we're looking for

In essence, you will oversee the development of briefs on all creative projects, working very closely with creative, PR and digital teams. You will be managing costs, budgets, and timescales of each project and for these reasons, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines which must have been gained in an agency environment.

You'll need to be confident and have the ability to deal with a varied portfolio of clients within different sectors across B2B and B2C, offering them professional, effective and proactive service at all times. Above all else, you will be experienced in delivering projects across multiple channels from advertising and print to online. As well as being able to work closely with client services and other teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape.

Exposure to clients in the built environment or interiors sectors would be an advantage but of equal importance is being at your best within a medium sized agency which still has a great close-knit feel about it.
