Head of Sales Enablement
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales Enablement to join an HR technology company.
You will play a key part in helping to improve sales effectiveness, sales productivity and overall sales results.
You will audit current materials and create a plan to work with the business to roll new material out.
- Develop a RAG report, gap analysis and prioritisation for rebuild
- Create and manage content and sales tools (pitch decks, videos, data sheets, sales cadences)
- Manage short-term output of sales collaterals as requested by commercial teams
- Collaborate with sales management, sales ops and learning and development on a consistent sales onboarding and training experience that supports skill development
- 5+ years of direct experience in Sales Enablement or related roles
- Strong copywriting experience essential
- Experience with sales methodologies like Challenger and Value Selling
