Basic to c£30k plus 10% bonus and travel expenses
Led by an entrepreneurial business owner, this added value premium FTG business has achieved substantial growth over the last 20 years in the Food service sector and continues to flourish despite the Covid-19 challenges!
Having moved into a new factory in 2018 the business focusses on producing premium food for its impressive customer base and has developed a reputation for high quality products, excellent no limit customer service plus having a talented front line sales, marketing and food development team that build effective and trusted customer relationships.
With further investment plans to grow the business to the next level they are now looking to make further investments in manufacturing and marketing with the appointment of a Brand Manager.
This new position will report to the Head of Marketing and work across all day to day marketing activities associated with the development of consumer and trade brand communications focussed on growing sales volumes.
Key activities will include supporting the social media strategy, brand advertising, managing events, managing creative design concepts, own and champion key projects, analyse and interpret insights to ensure effective team reporting communication plus use your initiative to shape and develop new brand led ideas focussed on increasing sales.
This is a real hands on action role but also one where you can show what you can do and make a real difference.
Based close to or in London you are a graduate calibre individual looking to take your next marketing career move having gained a solid grounding which must be within a recognised fmcg food or drink branded business. You should have gained good experience and developed your basic skills in brand management and activation within any of the leading food service or retail trade channels. You have gained a sound appreciation of modern brand planning, social media, brand communication and advertising together with the NPD process and exposure to modern consumer insight data which you have developed and presented in report format.
Whilst the above basic level of modern fmcg marketing experience is important, the key ingredient to success in this role will be about you as an individual. Enthusiasm, passion and energy plus a first class attitude to want to learn and make a contribution while working as a key member of the highly collaborative, small but growing cross functional team.
