Senior PR Account Manager / Director (B2B)

We're working with this long-established brand and communications agency which is building their PR team after previously outsourcing the majority of their PR work. They're also having an incredible year - hard to imagine in the current circumstances but having won a huge piece of cross-agency business, they're in an excellent situation moving forward. Initially, this role will be one of two roles within the PR and Content team, but the idea is to continue to grow the team. Clients are exclusively B2B, but cover more specifically construction and engineering sectors, so we're looking for someone who can really get to grips with the clients' business managing PR and content activity from large scale reputation campaigns with national and trade media, through to targeted digital content campaigns focused on lead generation. Additionally, you'll be involved with new business activities such as pitching, in order to promote the growth of the team.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with previous experience within a b2b PR agency who can demonstrate a passion for business to business work, and who has the nouse and confidence to be able to debate strategy with the clients and to provide new and innovative ideas. The preference is for a Senior Account Manager, but if you're already an Account Director, there is some flexibility of role. Given that this is a developing role, you'll need to be confident and ambitious.

Salary is c£35k for a Senior Account Manager, with lots of holidays and free parking! There is an expectation that there will be flexible working for the foreseeable future, but you should expect to be in the office for a proportion of the week when restrictions allow.
