Salary: £22,000-£24,000

They're looking for a bright, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join their expanding marketing team and grow their online presence. They're a creative bunch who are in the process of developing a new brand look and they're on the hunt for someone who can work with their Digital Content Creator and Digital Marketing apprentice, who makes sure that all the great stuff they produce is showcased on the right outlets.

They're looking for someone who can help them reach their audience in ambitious ways, someone who brings ideas to the table and can execute them effectively with the use of all digital platforms. They are looking for someone who wants to always grow and learn new skills but has a strong background in PPC, Google Adwords and Google Display Advertising.

Reporting into their Head of Marketing, managing the Digital Marketing Apprentice, and surrounded by amazing talented individuals, you’ll be able to work closely as a team.

Ideally, you’ll have a number of years experience in an agency or client-side. They're mostly looking for someone who wants to join their team, have a cracking personality and a great eye for detail and who can confidently gather analytics and reports from their exciting campaigns.

The role includes:

Taking full control of their digital department and presence
Managing and working closely with their Digital Marketing Apprentice
Building relationships both internally and externally
Developing concepts and ideas
Work with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns
Reporting the success of campaigns
Creating and executing marketing collateral across 7 campuses
Able to keep up to date with industry trends and be reactive

Essential Skills

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Advertising and PPC
Ambitious with very high standards
A brain which loves analytics and can gather in-depth reports to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Be confident in your own abilities
Be able to keep up with industry trends. They're an industry-led college and your ability to keep up with the creative industries and how they should react to them is key.
Be able to work to deadlines
An understanding of how long jobs will take and be able to prioritise
A people person who works well as part of a team
Enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn
Approachable and organised
Be able to work with the rest of the marketing team to create and map out integrated campaigns that work across all platforms.
A vast knowledge of social media, including it’s benefits and policies
Understand how to engage with their target audience through social media
Experience managing people
They are looking for someone who is not afraid to get stuck in. Someone who is a ‘do-er’
Accuracy and attention to detail
Understand how to use scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Be responsible with costs and understand the value of projects
Open to feedback

Desirable skills

An understanding of WordPress and HTML.
Degree or apprenticeship in Digital Marketing or relevant field is preferred however experience will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
