This marketing agency works closely with healthcare professionals supporting with the strategy, implementation and delivery of key campaigns across Manchester. The organisation has a huge head office function in Manchester city centre, in modern brand new offices, with a large (and growing) communications function however offers flexibility to be able to work remotely.
Your new role
Due to business growth they're now looking for an Account Director to lead a team with their strong portfolio. You will be accountable for leading the strategic direction of the client relationship, assessing revenue and growth opportunities. You will also have management responsibilities, driving a team of account managers to deliver results in campaigns and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will be best suited to someone with 5+ years within an agency, with previous management experience managing a team of account manager. You must have knowledge of the healthcare sector. You must be a confident decision maker, and have incredibly strong communication skills with a strong marketing background.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £60,000 with a flexible hybrid working model. You will gain experience working with complex organisations, across multiple campaigns and projects.
