Your new company operating the travel sector are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their business on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role
In your new role you will develop and deliver marketing strategies that identify, target and grow new opportunities as well as generating revenue growth. You will work across online and offline channels to deliver effective and creative campaigns that engage customers and generate strong return. You will utilise market research and insights to devise and implement strategic plans while developing effective and fruitful partnerships with external organisations. Additionally you will hold budgetary responsibility as well as line management of 1 direct report.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have prior demonstrable strategic marketing experience in a similar role where you have worked cross-functionally to deliver online and offline experience. You will have strategic and analytical expertise with the ability to use insights and data to make informed decisions, evaluate performance and report on ROI. You will have a proven record of identifying and implementing new marketing campaigns and initiatives that deliver results as well as being able to communicate effectively and with gravitas. You must also hold previous line management experience.
