Based smack-bang in the middle of Birmingham, this first-class integrated agency is searching for a Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to work on an interesting mix of B2B and consumer accounts.
Over the past few years, this agency has grown organically and its thanks to their integrated approach and ability to grow their clients' presence through sophisticated marketing, PR, and design solutions and high-impact campaigns. With all of this in mind, it comes as no surprise that you'll be joining a first-class team and will have the opportunity to work on a superb selection of accounts, that includes everything from food and leisure, to charities and professional services. The role is an important one, and will see you support the growth of digital within the agency itself, and assist with the development and implementation of impactful, tailored digital campaigns which will build clients online profile, and help to achieve business goals. Digital campaigns will span a variety of channels and will include PPC, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who thrives when it comes to digital marketing! Digital marketing experience is essential, and you'll need demonstrable experience of developing and implementing digital campaigns. Agency experience would be great, however, if your skills have been gained and honed in a client-side environment, our client wouldn't be adverse to meeting with you - you'll just need to show that you're able to multi-task and work to deadlines, are more than happy to liaise with an array of clients, and know-how to meet different briefs. As a person, you'll need to be someone who flourishes, or would flourish in an agency environment, are able to contribute towards the good morale and team spirit of the agency, whilst also being able to work on their own. And, as it's a digital role, you'll need to be the kind of person who has an analytical mindset, that's twinned with creative capability and should have top-notch communications skills.
