- Marketing Executive
This is an opening with a global company in the interiors sector that has a rich history and will see you play more than a key role in driving forward their marketing efforts. They're part of a wider group of companies with offices across the country and serve customers in the UK and to over 80 export markets.
As part of a small marketing team, your role will be to drive B2B and B2C brand awareness campaigns which includes content creation, email, website, lead generation, and customer retention/loyalty. You will also oversee a bespoke CRM and marketing platform, Dynamics CRM; ensuring they maximise their usage capabilities. You will plan and deliver responsive email marketing programmes, both automated and tactical, to communicate with customers and enhance the eCommerce customer journey. Together with the Marketing Executive, you'll produce a range of content including blogs, web pages, case studies, infographics, and videos, and will work with the SEO agency to create and implement campaigns across paid and earned media channels. You'll also assist with managing customer reviews and social media channels, managing content and responding to customer tweets, posts, and reviews, according to brand guidelines. Content is a very important part of this role and you'll co-manage content on multiple websites & plan, schedule and produce content for the social media channels for multiple brands. You'll also develop and run webinars and webcasts for various customer segments so knowledge of asset content production, including video editing as well as using Apple Mac software, would be very advantageous.
What we're looking for
You'll be educated to degree level in business or marketing (grade 2:2 or above) and will have around 2 - 3 years experience across most digital marketing channels. You'll need demonstrable previous experience with an online marketing CRM system, will have strong email marketing and digital campaign experience, and will have the know-how needed to be able to manage social media platforms and generate content across all channels. You must be a competent Mac user with experience of Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics, Magento CMS / WordPress knowledge is very desirable.
