This innovative and forward-thinking technology and telecoms business is paving the way for a city-wide high-speed connectivity network. With substantial private equity backing, they have grown exponentially since the company was established just 4 years ago. They have a highly focused commercial agenda and having attracted some top talent from across the telco industry they are starting to make a real name for themselves.
There is now an exciting opportunity for an experience Head of Performance Marketing to join the business and set out an effective multi-disciplinary digital marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition. The nature of their business means they know exactly who their target demographics are. They have already built a strong direct sales team with a view to increase head count across the function and now the need to ensure this team has a targeted, high quality, high volume feed of marketing qualified leads to convert is paramount to success.
This opportunity would suit someone with a confident, entrepreneurial attitude with demonstrable experience of creating and implementing successful digital campaigns to both b2c and b2b audiences. It would suit someone who can navigate a typical high growth start up environment where your job description has no limits.
Initially this opportunity is a contract role for circa 3 months, requiring someone who can start immediately. The opportunity is certainly a long term one and they would encourage the interim incumbent to apply for the permanent position they will look to hire in the new year 2020.
You will need to demonstrate:
· 7+ years managing performance marketing
· Experience across both b2b and b2c (ideally with an emphasis on consumer)
· Hands on experience of PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and partnerships
· Experience of delivering best in class customer experience
